We ship Domestic U.S.

Shipment Details:

For all orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, verification and shipping. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Your order will be shipped via UPS.

Additional Information:

To protect our customers, AMBISHEN is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. 

UPS does not support deliveries to P.O. Boxes nor the states/territories of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

If a shipment gets lost or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@ambishen.com to notify us of this action, then you must contact UPS directly to submit a claim, here. This notification and claim must be submitted within 60 days.

 

TRACKING & DELIVERY

In the same day, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. AMBISHEN cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond AMBISHEN's control.

Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is out for delivery and once your order has been delivered.
